How do I apply for a corporate account?
Apply by submitting the inquiry form on this page, calling 360-944-0606, or emailing info@olympiaairportshuttle.com. The application requires basic company information, expected booking volume, billing contact, and any special requirements. Our account team reviews applications within 1 business day and follows up to confirm account terms.
Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?
No. Standard corporate accounts have no setup fee and no monthly minimum. You pay only for the bookings you make, invoiced monthly through Net-30. Volume/Enterprise accounts may include a negotiated minimum in exchange for discounted rates, but this is optional and discussed during the application process.
What is the difference between Standard and Volume/Enterprise accounts?
Standard accounts are designed for businesses with regular but moderate transportation needs (typically under 20 bookings per month). They include all account benefits at published rates. Volume/Enterprise accounts are designed for high-volume businesses (typically 20+ bookings per month) with negotiated rate structures, dedicated account management, and optional cost-center coding for AP integration.
How long does it take to activate a corporate account?
Standard corporate accounts typically activate within 1–2 business days of application submission and verification. Volume/Enterprise accounts requiring custom rate structures and contract terms may take 5–7 business days. Same-day urgent activations are sometimes possible for time-critical needs — call 360-944-0606 to discuss.
Who can be authorized bookers on our corporate account?
You define who has booking authority on your account. Most corporate clients authorize their executive assistants, travel coordinators, or operations staff. You can add or remove authorized bookers at any time by emailing your account manager. We can also set up sub-accounts for different departments or divisions, with separate booking authorities and cost-center coding for each.
What payment terms are available?
Standard corporate accounts use Net-30 invoicing — we send a consolidated invoice the first business day of each month covering all bookings from the prior month, with payment due 30 days later. Volume/Enterprise accounts may negotiate alternative terms including Net-45, Net-60, or quarterly billing. Payment is accepted by ACH, check, or credit card (with applicable processing fees).
Can we cancel our corporate account at any time?
Yes. Standard corporate accounts can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — simply email your account manager to deactivate. Any outstanding invoices remain payable per their original terms. Volume/Enterprise accounts with negotiated minimum commitments include cancellation terms in the agreement, which are discussed during the application process.
What information do we need to provide to apply?
For a Standard application, we need: company name and address, primary billing contact (name, email, phone), expected monthly booking volume estimate, preferred billing method, and any authorized bookers you want activated on day one. Volume/Enterprise applications additionally require expected annual spend estimates and any specific contract terms requested.
Can our finance team review your terms before we submit?
Yes. We can send you a Standard Terms summary before you submit the application — covering Net-30 invoicing terms, payment methods accepted, cancellation policy, and our standard liability terms. Volume/Enterprise applicants typically negotiate custom terms anyway, so a pre-application terms review is part of that conversation. Email info@olympiaairportshuttle.com to request the Standard Terms summary.
Do you provide service outside Thurston County?
Yes. Corporate accounts can book service throughout Pierce County (Tacoma, JBLM, Gig Harbor), Mason County (Shelton, Hood Canal), King County (Seattle, Bellevue, Woodinville), and surrounding regions. Travel surcharges may apply for destinations outside our standard service area; these are quoted up front during booking. See our service areas page for full coverage details.
