What is a large group charter service? A group charter is a private booking of one or more vehicles dedicated entirely to your event or group. Unlike point-to-point service, charters are typically booked for multi-stop itineraries, multi-hour or multi-day events, or groups requiring multiple vehicles operating together.
Our charter service handles groups from 15 to 200+ passengers. For groups under 25, a single 24-passenger mini-coach typically handles the entire booking. For larger groups, we coordinate multiple vehicles operating in sequence or simultaneously, with all dispatch handled by our team and the operational complexity invisible to the client. Common use cases include conferences, sports teams, family reunions, corporate retreats, alumni events, and senior group outings.

Multi-day shuttle operations between conference venues, host hotels, and SeaTac airport arrivals. Often involves running scheduled shuttles between multiple stops throughout the conference, plus airport transfers at the front and back end of the event.
Adult sports teams, club teams, and athletic groups traveling to games, tournaments, or training events. Coordination includes pickup from a central meeting point, transport to the venue, return after the game, and sometimes overnight or multi-game tournament schedules.
Family reunions, class reunions, and military reunions where members are traveling from out of town and need coordinated transportation between hotels, the reunion venue, and side activities. Often spans a full weekend with multiple coordinated legs.

Single-vehicle capacity ranges from 14 passengers (Sprinter van) to 24 passengers (mini-coach). For groups larger than 24, we coordinate multiple vehicles operating together — in sequence for shuttle loops, or simultaneously for single-trip movements. The largest events we've coordinated have used 5–7 vehicles in concert.
