Our Story — from one car to fifty.
Olympia Airport Shuttle & Transportation began in 2010, in the middle of a recession, with one car, one driver, and a simple observation: getting from Olympia to SeaTac was harder than it should be. Capital Aeroporter shuttles required park-and-ride logistics and shared vehicles. Taxis were expensive and unreliable. Rideshare apps were just emerging, and drivers regularly cancelled the long run up I-5.
So we started a different kind of service — private, door-to-door, locally owned, with transparent pricing. Your own vehicle, your party only. No surge pricing. No surprises. Just a clean vehicle, a professional chauffeur, and a quoted price that didn't change between booking and the curb at SeaTac.
Fifteen years later, we're still locally owned and operated, still based in Thurston County, and still running the same model — only now with a fleet of 50+ vehicles, professional chauffeurs averaging eight years on the Olympia–Seattle corridor, and tens of thousands of completed airport runs behind us. The 60-mile drive to SeaTac hasn't gotten any shorter, but our customers tell us we've made it feel like it has.
