Single-vehicle capacities range from 1–14 passengers in our Mercedes Sprinter vans up to 24 passengers in our shuttle bus or mini-coach. For larger weddings, we coordinate multiple vehicles traveling together as a convoy — typically scheduled to make sequential trips between the hotel block and the venue to handle 50–200+ guests.

We coordinate scheduled departures from your designated guest hotel to the ceremony or reception venue, with return shuttles running on a published schedule throughout the evening. This eliminates parking concerns, allows guests to enjoy the reception without driving, and ensures everyone gets back to the hotel safely.
What vehicles do you offer for bridal party transportation?
For the bridal party, we offer luxury sedans (Mercedes E-Class, Tesla Model S) for the couple, luxury SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Suburban) for small bridal parties, and executive Mercedes Sprinter vans for larger bridal parties of 7–14. Many weddings book a sedan for the couple and a Sprinter for the rest of the bridal party traveling together.

Yes. We work directly with wedding planners and coordinators on dozens of weddings each year. Do you decorate the getaway car?
Yes, on request and at no additional charge. We can add a "Just Married" sign and tasteful decoration to your send-off vehicle. Many couples also bring their own custom signs or decorations — we install them before the send-off moment so the surprise is preserved during the reception.
What if our timeline changes on the wedding day?
Timeline shifts are normal and expected on wedding days. Your dedicated dispatch contact is reachable throughout the day, vehicles can be held or repositioned in real time, and chauffeurs are briefed in advance that flexibility is part of the service. We routinely adjust pickup times by 15–45 minutes on the day itself — that's not a problem, that's the job.
