  • Reservation abandonment: If a customer fails to appear at the designated pickup location and is unreachable via the "day of travel" contact number provided, the reservation will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued

  • Refunds and rescheduling options are not guaranteed and depend on the severity of the delay and our fleet availability at the time
