What is the difference between an airport shuttle and a private car service?
A traditional airport shuttle is often a multi-passenger van that picks up multiple parties along a route. Olympia Airport Shuttle is a private car service — every ride is exclusive to your party, with door-to-door pickup and direct, non-stop service to SeaTac Airport. Despite the company name, our service model is private and door-to-door, never with other passengers.
Do you offer wedding shuttle service in Tumwater, Lacey, and Olympia?
Yes. We provide wedding shuttle service throughout Thurston County, including Tumwater wedding venues (Tumwater Falls Park, McMenamins Olympic Club area), Lacey hotel pickups, Olympia downtown and waterfront venues, and wedding parties traveling to or from Pacific Northwest wineries, vineyards, and event spaces. Mercedes Sprinter vans seat 14 guests, and our shuttle buses accommodate up to 24 guests per vehicle.
Can you transport corporate groups from Olympia to Bellevue, Seattle, or Redmond?
Yes. Corporate transportation is one of our six core services. We provide executive sedan, SUV, and Sprinter van service from Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater to Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, downtown Tacoma, JBLM, and other Pacific Northwest business destinations. Net-30 invoicing and dedicated account management are available for repeat corporate clients.
How early should I book a wedding shuttle or group charter?
Book wedding shuttles and large group charters 2 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred vehicle and timing, especially during the May–October peak wedding season. For airport and cruise transfers, 24 hours advance notice is sufficient for guaranteed availability. Same-day service is often available within 1–2 hours subject to fleet availability.
What does a private shuttle from Olympia to a Seattle cruise terminal cost?
Private cruise terminal transfers from Olympia start at $175 for a sedan, $275 for an SUV, and $375 for a Mercedes Sprinter van to either Pier 91 (Alaska, Pacific Northwest cruises) or Pier 66 (Norwegian and smaller-ship cruises) in Seattle. Rates account for the slightly longer drive distance compared to SeaTac Airport. All cruise transfers include full luggage handling and on-time arrival before ship boarding.
Do you offer wine tours from Olympia?
Yes. Our wine tour service provides chauffeured transportation from Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater to Woodinville wine country — Washington's largest wine region with over 100 wineries and tasting rooms — as well as custom tours of Pacific Northwest wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Tours are booked hourly with a 4-hour minimum, or as full-day packages with stops, lunch, and tasting reservations coordinated by our team.
What's the minimum group size for a charter?
There is no minimum group size. Groups of 1–3 typically book a sedan, 4–6 an SUV, 7–10 a Transit van, 11–14 a Mercedes Sprinter van, and 15–24 a shuttle bus. For groups larger than 24, we coordinate multiple vehicles traveling together as a convoy — perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, and sports team travel.
Are all your services available 24/7?
Yes. Our dispatch operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including all holidays. Early-morning airport runs (2–6 AM pickups for 5–9 AM flights), late-night arrivals, holiday weddings, and overnight corporate runs are all available with no surcharge.
How do I pay for service?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For corporate accounts, we offer Net-30 invoicing with monthly statements. For weddings and large charters, a deposit may be required at booking with the balance due before the event. Standard airport and cruise transfers require payment at booking.
